Tea Recipe: Crimson Royale

With the weather starting to get chilly, I started to think of another concoction.

This drink was inspired by the classic French cocktail, Kir Royale, and is perfect for a weekend brunch… you’ll never want a mimosa again!

Here you go:

How to Make Crimson Royale

  • 0.5 oz Crimson Punch tea-infused vodka (recipe follows)
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • Champagne

Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a flute glass, then top with the Champagne.

CRIMSON PUNCH TEA-INFUSED VODKA

  • 1 bottle vodka (750 mL)
  • 1/4 cup Crimson Punch, dry

Procedure

Add the herbal tea into the bottle of vodka, replace cap and shake vigorously to combine. Allow to “steep” for 45 minutes, then strain.
